For Residential Purchase Contracts* within the corporate limits of Lake Forest or Lake Bluff during above time period, Buyers will receive:
- A $300 Closing Credit from Participating Lenders
- A $100 Closing Credit from Participating Title Companies
- A 10% Fee Reduction from Participating Attorneys
- A 10% Fee Reduction from Participating Home Inspectors
- A “Welcome Package” from the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Chamber Members with promotions for Buyers, including gift certificates and additional participation incentives
- And $500 from the City of Lake Forest or Village of Lake Bluff in the form of “Lake Forest or Lake Bluff Dollars”. The Buyer will be able to use these for purchases at Lake Forest or Lake Bluff retailers.
The final contribution from the Chamber and Lake Forest or Lake Bluff will be given upon closing. To qualify, the Buyer will need to bring a copy of the HUD statement, together with copies of the first and last (signature) pages of the real estate contract to Donna Linder at the Lake Forest City Hall, located at 220 E. Deerpath, or to Brandon Stanick at the Lake Bluff Village Hall, 40 E. Center Ave., to receive the package.
